I missed our March meeting; it was a close-run thing between Marilyn's workshop, always good fun, and very exciting, and the Fashion, Embroidery and Stitch Show in Birmingham!

 

  Lyn has forwarded photos; here are some of them.
The idea was to make the felt.................

 

 

.....and mould it over a solid shape, such as a bottle, or plant-pot..........

 

 

 

 

 

The former stayed in the finished piece.
I wasn't there, but I guess that the work was taken home to dry, and will be on display later, with added embroidery.
