Knitting and Stitching Show, Harrogate
Yes, it's that time of year again; it does seem to have come round very quickly. As always, plenty to look at, admire and covet.

Beautiful embroidery..............
Textile work evoking the North-East's mining past........(click to see the details better)
and tales of the Unfinishable, often very touching. These were contributed by Guild members throughout the country, and displayed in the most imaginative way; a glorious pavilion set up in the magnificent setting.of the
Royal Hall.
Inside the pavilion, a recorded soundtrack told the tales of the pieces, and written explanations were given, too.
As well as the temptation to buy lovely threads and fabrics, talk to designers, and generally indulge!
